  7. Finally felt decent this morning. Hope it's a sign of things to come! WOD 5:40 w/ 25# ball. Optional ring hold. Leftover burger & roasted veggies for lunch. Grilling mass quantities of protein tonight for dinner.

    Asa - I tried to register for the 5am classes today & tomorrow on a Mac. Went thru the account creation, etc. It created a shopping cart for me and tried to charge me $40 for two drop ins. I quit there. There are either bugs to work out, I'm a dip-shit, or both (most likely).

    1. If you created a new account with your email address, it did not recognize you as a member so charged you a drop in fee. Every member already has an account and would not need to create a new one. Check to see if there is an option to just change your password rather than creating an account. If still tries to charge, let me know and I'll look into it. Members should not be charged extra for signing in.

    2. That explains it. For the record, I knew you guys weren't charging members for reservations. Just wanted to let you know that I tried to play ball.

      Katie has an account. I do not - unless you count the T-Bagz account that I may have created this morning that's associated with my email (the tfrazer@xxx... address - Asa has it).

      I'll ask the boss to check in for me. She needs more to do.

  9. WOD was a good one today! This week has been full of crossfit greatness.
    WOD - 10:23 (?) green band for dips, 14#
    Optional - 35 GHD sit ups and 40 GHD back extensions (planking while Jenn G did her reps).
    Today I'm eating really good stuff -
    B - eggs and salsa, banana
    L - zoodles, mushrooms, marinara with chicken
    D - sirloin marinated in my killer cilantro lime sauce with a green salad and cauli rice.
