    Eating eggs with sausage and sweet potatoes. Post wod fuel.
    Feeling super lean from clean eating. Adding more sweet potatoes this week.

  5. WOD: 3RM PP = 165# (and it was a max, for sure). Completed round of 12 plus 20 DU & 12 more PP @ 115#. That bar felt heavy after maxing out!

    Hard boiled egg & coffee pre-WOD. Protein shake and egg casserole post WOD. If the shake is a cheat, so be it.

    Took lots of naked pictures of myself post WOD so I can see if I look any better in 3 weeks. Anyone have an ap for enlarging certain anatomical parts without distorting others nearby? You know, in cases these pix are leaked to TMZ or something...

    1. Don't see it in the packet, but we usually address protein shakes in the rules section at the end. Post wod protein shakes are ok, we just recommend getting the ones with minimal crap ingredients.

  6. I am learning that my problem is more MENTAL than anything! When I push myself, I am able to get a lot more done.

    WOD 6 am: 3RM PP 65#

    Lunch: baked chicken, mashed sweet potato, and cabbage
    Dinner: spinach salad with tuna, avocado, pickles, oil and vinegar

  9. I got in early for the WOD today. I got 105# on the push press, last round was a bit complicated. I tend to push jerk sometimes but Amy and Carmen were there to make sure I did it correctly, thanks!

    I finished the 21s with DUs but somehow failed to load two five pound plates. I did the WOD with 65#. I am sure I could've done the 75#, just not as many reps.

    Lunch was pork loin, fresh spinach and baked sweet potato.

    I finished the 12 and got 10 of the next round at 45#.
    i got to 80# on my push press.
    Lunch- baked tilapia with a side of steamed broccoli.

  14. I did not get to the box today, but I did walk 12,000 steps. We had a delicious dinner at Mod Market in Dallas. It was quick, tastey, and local. Go team FTWS.
