  2. WOD: 165# PP, GHD Back extensions & 500M row. Amy showed some mercy and let me skip the ab work, as I'm crushed from Sat & Sun GHD work. Getting old sux.

    Sweet tater & a lil burger pre WOD. Meat head shake post WOD. Burger, salad and avocado for lunch & some sort of mother-in-law chicken contraption for dinner.

  7. My last set of triples was at 115#. I dropped the last one but Jason, along with the rest of the class, helped me get that last one. Thanks!

    I also did the optional. Lunch will be roasted brussel sprouts with lean ground beef, a banana and water.

  9. I went for a really good 5.3 mile run at the lake with a good buddy!
    B-scrambled eggs, roasted peppers
    L-baked chicken and zucchini
    D-I have a roast in the crockpot and more roasted peppers and brussel sprouts

  10. Anna encouraged/tricked me to run much farther than i normally would. It was great!! She made time go by quickly. Chicken and salad for lunch. More of the same for dinner.

  16. WOD 75# with the 5:30 pm class since asthma and allergies wouldn't let me be GREAT for my normal 6 am class. Used my inhaler for the first time in a while today. :-(

  17. No WOD step goal 10,000 steps. Salad and lots of fruit and veg today for lunch.

  18. My WOD was clinic camp. We spent the whole day outside performing various team building activities. The last event was the Power Pole. We stated a SMART goal, climbed up the pole, stood on top, shouted the goal, then jumped off. It was a blast! Bacon and eggs for breakfast. Team SMASH!!!
