My WOD was clinic camp. We spent the whole day outside performing various team building activities. The last event was the Power Pole. We stated a SMART goal, climbed up the pole, stood on top, shouted the goal, then jumped off. It was a blast! Bacon and eggs for breakfast. Team SMASH!!!
