Team Paleo Princesses

Goals: more protein, take a 25 day break from gluten free pretzels and red wine, lose weight and get more defined muscles!

  1. No WOD today. Did all 5 WODS this week & need a rest. Bacon & eggs this morning & I'll fire up the grill later for some Paleo proteins.

    Good luck to our Oly lifters today.

  2. No WOD today! Might work on my DUs this evening at home.

    Breakfast: bowl of strawberries, watermelon, and blueberries on-the-go.


  3. 9.6 mile run this morning followed by plank for my WOD.

  6. Forgot to post yesterday, and I am hearing about it today from my teammate. Geez!!

    No WOD yet unless you count being up for 8 hours so far today.

    I'm starving and headed to eat some awesome BBQ.

  7. Eggs and berries with lots of water so far this morning. WOD Decks of card -Team Fab 5 24:25 workout today was fabulous and did some walking after that as well....

  8. Hard boiled egg for breakfast. Yoga for wod. Travaasa spa in Austin is great so far. Paleo princesses

    400m run
    10 push-ups
    10 burpees
    10 fs 45lb bar
    10 KBS 35 lb
    10 sit ups
    Had sweet potato eggs and avocado for breakfast!!


  10. No WOD today. Did go for a mid day walk. Had egg omelette breakfast

  11. WOD today Team Fab Five. I thought it was 21, others posted 24:25. Stayed after to determine my max front squat (125lbs).

    Just ate a spinach salad with grilled chicken, tomatoes, and avocado.

  12. No WOD today. Having some Brussel Sprouts, Sweet Potato and Chicken for Dinner.

  13. No wod but I went for a really nice run with a good pace, thanks to the lady that kept trying to pass me ;) I had a good lynch at START, stuffed roasted sweet potato with chicken and spinach and a cold pressed spinach, apply, ginger juice.

  17. Know what today but I did complete functional movements by moving furniture to my cousins house. Then I put a patio set together.

    For breakfast I had eggs and machacado.
    Lunch was a turkey lettuce wrap.

    Japanese sweet potato for dinner. Not that hungry. I should try to find some protein.

  21. I didn't make it in to the gym today but I got a lot of walking in at the soccer fields. Also lifted my 34lb boy a bunch of times. He's spoiled! He walks a couple of meters and then says "Mommy, I tired, feet hurt".

    I snacked on blueberries, a banana and grapes.

  22. What a week!! Work is going to kill me. Glad I am eating paleo to help with the stress!!

  25. Deck of cards WOD, and did 10*250 rows with 30secs in between rest.

    No lunch
    Dinner I had sweet potato with spinach and ground beef meat balls and green beens. However, I cheated.
    I succumb to my own desires and ate ice cream from Braums. I feel bad but I will get over it and do better.

  27. Activity: coaching at lifting meet today. All lifters did amazing! Great job Holly, Jolynn, George, and Yansi!!
    Food: lots of fruit and nuts, then steak, sweet potato, broccoli, and asparagus for dinner cooked by an awesome chef!

    Brunch: 3 scramble eggs and beef strips
    Dinner: Shrimp Cocktail with fried plantains

  30. I hope everyone is having a great weekend.
    I went to the Lifting Competition today. It was great! Joylnn,Holly,Yansi and George all did amazing!!

    No WOD for me today.

    Tonight I will be eating some baked Salmon and mixed veggies.

    I want to wish all the CFNM mothers a Happy Mothers Day!
