Teams of 2, don't drop the KB. One partner works while the other rests holding KB unless being used. 10 burpee penalty for a dropped KB

  13. No WOD again. Last couple of weeks have flown by. I've been doing mobility, foam rolling, and lacrosse ball rolling every day. Trying to at least take care of my tissues. Last couple of days haven't been great eating-wise. Probably the reason I seem to be in a lot more pain. I plan on being there for Murph on Monday. Team SMASH!
