Lewis and Nick. Incase you didn't know they are "Rowling Champs". Yea, that's right. It's like bowling, but with a rower. See how the class adores them! If you're lucky you too will work out beside them someday and see their rowling skills! You can usually find them at the 4:30pm class.

Buy in: 800m run
then,
3 rounds for time:
30 TTB
30 Air squats
30 Push ups

Scale the run with a 400 or 200, bike or row.
Scale the TTB with KTE or KTW or sit ups.

Want to challenge yourself? If you can, perform pistols instead of air squats!

  2. Great WOD. It was hard. It took me 4:12 to finish the 800m run and 21:26 to finish the 3 rounds RX. Definitely need to work on stringing more toes to bar together.
