    1. 1. Why the heck are you up at 3:11am? Seriously, I'll send you the wods in advance so you do t have to get up to check them.

    2. 1. I don't know. I assure you it wasn't solely to check the WOD. Restless mind lately, sick Sam-bo, Ellie kept us up the previous night. Need to work on the whole sleep thing.
      2. Yes
      3. Awesome. Time probably not great (18:09), as the TTB & dips were tough for me. I LOVE these types of WODs nevertheless. Thought I was gonna be able to reel in Charmy, but couldn't. Needed another round.

    3. 18:09 would have placed you in 19th place at the CF Games last year in your age group. Pretty cool since only the top 20 people in the entire world get to even make it there.
If Charmaine finished in 17:something, she would been somewhere between 9th place and 12th place.

    4. Must be something with the movement standards. Do you have to jump over the friggin' box completely or something? For the record, I did 80% step-overs. I suspect that's the difference - probably not Rx. I asked Connor and he didn't seem 100% sure, but he gave the answer that I wanted, so I didn't press...

In the end, it doesn't matter. I accomplished my goal, which was to have a bad-ass workout. Thanks!

  2. We programmed this one so all masters and future masters can see where we are and what we need to prepare for next year! Wasn't thinking that I would need a rest day today to prepare for tomorrow! Bummed I'm not going to get to test this one out, but looking forward to hanging with my CrossFit family tomorrow and trying some fun wods for a great charity!
