Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.

    all muscle ups unbroken except for the last one (couldn't string 2 together at the end!), all HSPU strict, all KBS unbroken except for one that I lost control of as it ended up behind me so had to redo that one! Tough workout!

  2. Too much modification for me to remember at this point in the day...

    Summary: I'm trembly and sore as of 11:29 am. I moved for 20 minutes... Let's just leave it at that.

  3. Tough WOD. I got 7+2 with the 4 pull ups and ring dips, kipping HSPU with one ab mat and 53# KB swings. All of the KB swings were unbroken except for once when the KB flipped behind me. I rested a lot, think I should've stuck to my rule for resting.
