    was super sore from Saturday, but this wod helped! Hang power cleans were the toughest for me.

  3. I was able to make it through, my entire body is sore! I got 17 thrusters and 3 squat cleans, RX, =20. I agree Amy, the hang cleans were tough.

  6. 25Rx - 22 Thrusters, 3 squat cleans. Hang power cleans were harder than I thought they would be. Great wod. Love complexes.
