  1. I finished the WOD in 12:23, RX. That's a 1 minute PR. I was hoping I could get a two minute PR but it was a no go. Fun!

    Not a lifetime PR for me. I finished in 9 something before, will have to look that up. I am very happy with this time considering what my body and mind have been through in the past year. Getting stronger mentally and physically, so I am happy with all of my "new PR's". This was a very emotional workout for me (it has always been my favorite workout)! Cried a bit on the last run, but finished strong.
    5am and 6am classes were AWESOME to watch and coach!!! It was super fun working out with the 9am class! Thanks for the push at the end Jennifer!

  4. Awwww! I hate that I missed working out at 9 am today !!! I was told to rest. sounds like a missed an awesome class!!

  5. I'm consistently inconsistent. PRs on Fran & FGB recently. Stunk it up big time on Murph (by 6 min) and somewhat on today's Helen (by 32 sec). I think the two PRs are more the result of smarter strategy than being fitter. My weight is up, running has slipped, and I don't know if I'm any stronger. Let's do Grace soon so I can find out!

    Congrats to those that PR, be it new or lifetime. Great having Amy back, as well.

    2. I would cry too if I got beat by me. Talk to Asa about how he copes. He's very used to it.
