Using a PVC pipe do 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. 4 rounds at each station:
Down up & shrug
High pull
Muscle snatch
Snatch balance

3 min AMRAP
1 wall walk
2 Hang power snatches 115/75
5 OHS 115/75

3 rounds, rest 1 min between rounds

  2. Wod 2, 2, 2+3Rx. Happy with wod since my left hand is not 100% but it feels like it's getting better.

  3. WOD 3+2, 3+1, 4+1 with 63lb
    99% sure that I got 4+1 on the last round, but couldn't remember if it was 3+1 or 4+1. Went much faster on the last one, so pretty sure it was 4+1.

  4. The furnace was on high at 4:30 and my shoulders are on fire!
    3, 2+4, 2+1 @ 75#

  5. Today's WOD was fun. I got 3, 2+3, 3+3 RX. Not sure what happened on the second round. The OHS were challenging. I also did 3x800m runs, 25 supine ring rows, chin up holds and some ring holds. I'm spent!
