Down up & shrug
High pull
Muscle snatch
Snatch balance
Complete as fast as possible:
10 squat snatches (135/95)
200m run
Rest 3 min and repeat for 3 rounds
Post times to complete

    65lbs felt heavy today!
    Did you bang your head Travis? My sister did that at a weightlifting seminar. I had to pick her up early and we had to take her to the ER. Her forehead was split open. She healed just fine and learned to get her head out of the way!
