Clean & Jerk
15-12- 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
No RX weight on this wod. Choose the heaviest weight you can complete unbroken.
Sarah Hopping used 145lbs, Rebecca Voigt used 130lbs.

    (Warm up was 75# RX, which still blows up the forearm not re-gripping or using hook grip but not crushing enough. Look forward to doing this again!)

    I should of added a little more weight for the 12 and 9 reps to push myself more! I'll do better next time! :-)
