EMOM 10 min:
Even: Deadlift
Odd: Push press

Strength: add 5-10lbs from last time
Endurance: 10-15 reps with either PVC or light weight

AMRAP 10 min:
10 Sumo deadlift high pulls (115/80)
10 Box jumps (24/20)

  3. Special Shout Out To "AMY"zing! She pushed me and told me not to STOP! And she had Jenn to enforce her order hahah needless to say I owe both of them the RX finish 6+1 with the spartan race right around the corner of 14miles of obstacles and punishment I need ZERO slack I can't wait till tomorrow's RX work out at CFNM Rawr!!!!!

  4. 9 am class kicked butt on this wod!!! Was fun to watch the race between Kevin, Jenn and Nicole! On the other end Edith, Kaity, and Efren didn't stop getting up to around 8 rounds I think! Although Karen modified the wod due to an injury, she crushed the deadlifts in the strength portion getting up to 170lbs!
    Great job guys!
