  2. I liked this workout!
    12:31 (I think) with 53lb
    old wrist injury from gymnastics flared up today and wasn't able to get both elbows up on the clean. But managed to make it work!
    Great coaching at 4:30 Shaun!
    5:30 class had some awesome looking cleans! I don't think I saw anyone bouncing the bar off their hips!
