EMOM 10 min:
Even: 5 front squat
Odd: 5 push press
 
*strength: can go up in weight each round
*endurance: use PVC, bar, or light weight and do 12-15 reps
 
AMRAP 10 min:
5 thrusters
5 chest-to-bar pull-ups
10 thrusters 95/65
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 thrusters
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
20 thrusters
20 chest-to-bar pull-ups
 
Add 5 reps to each exercise each round.
