  2. So mad I missed out on Condy yesterday and today's workout. I am taking adequate time off to be 100% for the CF Team Series WOD's. This morning we did the second WOD of four so two down, 2 to go! Wish team Blue and Team orange the best!

  3. 5 am - clean and jerk team series workout - lots of reps completed
    4:30 pm - EMOM 85/95/95/95/105
    2:05/2:07?/2:27?/2:25? I can't remember those times but I think I'm close.
