Each team member will start in 1 of 4 stations. Team member #1 will return from the run and take over on the sit ups. The team member on the sit ups will move to WB and WB will move to the Plank. Plank will take off on the Run and the rotation will continue for the duration of the 15minutes. Your score is the total number of reps from WB and sit ups.
