5 rounds of:
15 reps unbroken push press or jerk 95/65
Rest precisely 30 sec 

Go up in weight only if you can complete all five sets with only 30 sec rest between and do not pause in any sets. 
 

Test: 30 wall balls 20/14 for time

      95# 15-12-10-10-10 UB jerks, finished all sets less than 15 with push presses (so 0-3-5-5-5) to complete sets

      60 sec to do 30 wall balls!
