100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 squats

Modify:
L2 75 reps
L1 50 reps
*can sub ring rows for pull ups, push ups using knees

Do this one alone or grab a partner and split the work!

  2. I had a 20 minute goal in mind walking in. Ambitious for me, so I asked Connor if he did it and what his time was. When I heard 16:XX I thought maybe I had a chance to meet my goal. I did not. That time is nuts.

    (7 min pull ups, 2:23 air squats, not sure push up and sit up break down, sit ups slow but unbroken)
