L1 50 reps
*can sub ring rows for pull ups, push ups using knees

  1. Heard a certain AWESOME CFNM coach had an amazing PR today on Angie today! Which by the way is the fastest that anyone has ever completed Angie in our box!!!

  2. I had a 20 minute goal in mind walking in. Ambitious for me, so I asked Connor if he did it and what his time was. When I heard 16:XX I thought maybe I had a chance to meet my goal. I did not. That time is nuts.
