Coach's Notes: These are squat cleans. You will complete 50 double unders, then 2 squat clean and jerks, 40 double unders and 4 C&J, and so on...How did you do on last week's clean and jerk EMOM? Were you able to get the round of 6 reps completed in one minute RX? If it was impossible or a real struggle, then perhaps try going a little lighter today. If it was a challenge, but you were close then go for it! It's ok to go a little heavier today and have a slower time as long as you are moving safely!
