  1. strength-185,205,185,185,185 power cleans, 53,70,70,70,70 pull ups
    WOD - 4+2 (95#)

  2. Looking at this one, I thought 5 rounds may be realistic. 12 minutes to do a sort-of Grace x 1.6666 with a few TTB thrown in. Boy was I wrong!

    1. The element of splitting the cleans and jerks is what totally set me back... I couldn't hang with the boys today on rounds. :(

  3. EMOM - 140#/body weight strict pull up
Wod - I thought 5 rounds for sure!!! WRONG... I definitely didn't want to pick the bar up!!!
    3+9 RX

    1. Oh and huge shout out to Carmen nominated coach of the week - Jason Conner. He taught me how to do toes 2 bar (at least more than 3 at a time). I cant stop smiling in excitement for my T2B future!!

  4. EMOM-45#/Ring Row on Box
    MOD WOD- 33#
    6 rounds
It was a good and tough one!
    Have a Great weekend

  5. EMOM- 135#/ first round of pull ups with 20# vest, the rest with 10# KB

I got 3+16 RX by felt k could've went a little faster. Jason kept telling me to scale back since we are doing the team series WOD but I refused. He called me "hard-headed". Lol So I figured I'd pace. It was challenging though.

  6. WOW! You guys crushed it this morning!
Coaching the 9am class was fun! Won't get to do this wod today. My wod was a 1 mile walk with little Asa. We each carried light sabers and fought for the duration of the walk. So the pace was like a slow jog or a fast race walk. Carrying the light sabers was the only way I could think of to get him to go faster. It worked, but I'm sure our neighbors think we are crazy!

  7. Lol @ Amy! Enjoyed this one a lot. Got 4 + 3 with 55#. Strict pull ups were decent, too. 75# for strength
