10K meter/ 607 cal slow row on a painful, arthritic ankle that kept me up all night (somebody call the whaaa-mbulance). Weather must be changing.

all three times were in the low 3's, can't remember! used a 26lb kb. Held bottom of squat instead of plank. Fun workout! Great class at 4:30 today!
