20 Thrusters 95/65
20 SDHP
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats

L2 65/45, L1 45/15

  1. There's a dirty little secret about this WOD that makes it much tougher than it looks. Don't go out too hot, or you're arms will be smoked by the time the OHS come around. I want to do this one again!
