CrossFit North Mesquite is a fitness program for all fitness levels and backgrounds. Our workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. This means that our workouts are always different! We utilize movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and running. Most workouts are done quickly and rarely last over 20 minutes. Our classes last 60 minutes and are coach led from beginning to end!

Every workout we prescribe is scalable, which means that newbies and veteran CrossFitters can do the same workout with adjustments to the load and intensity.

Lifting Open Gym! 
When: this Saturday, November 14, 2015

Time: 9:30am-11:30am

Who: Any CrossFit North Mesquite member who wants/needs extra work on the clean and jerk or the snatch! This is included in your membership and there is no extra fee for this class!

What: This is a coach guided open gym. That means that we will warm up the lifts together and each athlete's lifts will be assessed by a coach (Amy). Each athlete will be given individual assignments/workouts (based on your goals) that will result in improved technique for their lifts! If your technique is great, then you can spend time going heavier and getting stronger!
