3 rounds at 100% effort:
Sprint:
400m run
10 KBS 70/53
10 burpees
10 KBS 70/53
10 burpees
10 KBS 70/53
400m run
rest 12 minutes between rounds
 
This workout tests your ability to recover. Go all out on round one, rest 12 minutes and repeat, then rest another 12 minutes and repeat. Any fall off that you experience in your second and third round time is suggestive of your body's ability to recover, regenerate ATP, disburse lactic acid, and return your body's systems to normal state.
