When did you start CF? Officially, on Jan 1st, 2015. I did a little "boot leg" CF before that. :)
What is your favorite class time? 5:00 am (bc I'm proud when I get up that early), but I miss my old noon peeps.
What has been your greatest accomplishment since starting CF? Being able to do pull-ups without a band.
What is your favorite cheat meal? Sausage & pineapple pizza with ranch and a beer. I may or may not dream about it.
What do you do outside of CF? I'm a psychotherapist for children, teens & young adults.
Family: married, single, kids, siblings... I'm a football coach's wife & a soccer mom of two kiddos that I like a whole lot.What motivates or inspires you to come to class every week? Feeling stronger and knowing that CF is the one hour a day that is MINE.
What is your favorite workout or type of workout, skill, or lift? Every one I survive, but I really like wall walks.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A dancer (of the non-exotic variety).
