When did you start CF? June 2015
What is your favorite class time? 6am
What has been your greatest accomplishment since starting CF? Losing 20 pounds.
What is your favorite cheat meal? Anything dessert related (cookies, ice cream, cake).
What do you do outside of CF?  I work at a real estate development firm, hang out with family, and lead the men’s ministry at Antioch Church.  Photography and motorcycles are hobbies I don’t seem to have much time for anymore.
Family:  I am married to a great woman, Stephanie.  We have a son, Elias who is 1 1/2 years old.
What motivates or inspires you to come to class every week? The progress I’ve made so far and the workouts are starting to be fun.
What is your favorite workout or type of workout, skill or lift? I like wall balls, box jumps and squats.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?  A lawyer, like my dad.

3 Hang Power Cleans  135/95 (L2 115/75) (L1 75/45)
6 Jerks
9 back squats
Rest as needed between rounds. 

If athlete needs to break up a round, must decrease weight.  Score= weight completed last round, so top score should be 135 or 95 if performed RX.
