Everyone can do CrossFit. Workouts are scaled to any level of fitness. Come in today to try a FREE workout at either 7:30am or 8:30am.

Teams of 2- For Time (one person working at a time on all exercises, both walk together on the farmer's and overhead plate carry)
100 Hand release push ups
400m Farmer’s carry
100 Double unders
200m overhead plate carry
100 Wall ball toss sit-ups
400m Farmer’s carry


Lifting class today at 7am. Can make up a challenge WOD during this time too.

  1. I can speak from experience all workouts can be Modified or Scaled!! I have knee issues and Amy and the other coach’s do a great job of modifying or scaling the workouts for me. Just let the coach know your issue and they will get the right workout for you. There are no excuses…..get into CFNM for an amazing life changing experience!!! STRONG STARTS HERE!!!!

    135#, 165#, 175#, 205#...
    After did 200 DUs for time, not my favorite but had to do it. After many rope whips I finished in 11:30! 😁
