When did you start CF?  August 6, 2015
What is your favorite class time?  5am
What has been your greatest accomplishment since starting CF?  Being a part of a group that is supportive of everyone and pushing myself further that I thought possible.
What is your favorite cheat meal?  Whataburger
What do you do outside of CF? Outside of CF, I work a lot (which I love), spend time with my family (which I love more) and duck hunt.
Family: I've been married to Raquel for 27 years, we have one daughter that is 21 years old. We have 1 black lab (my duck hunting partner) and a shitzu that runs the house.
What motivates or inspires you to come to class every week?  I use my lack of motivation as motivation and as far as inspiration; that would be my wife, she just beat breast cancer.  There is no WOD ever that could be harder than what she just went through and she did it with grace, dignity and smiling.
What is your favorite workout or type of workout, skill, or lift?  Due to my inexperience I haven’t found a favorite yet, but have found all of them can make you throw up and walk funny for several days.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?  I wanted to be a fireman and build stuff.  I got what I wanted, I was a firefighter/paramedic for 8 years and now I work in construction management building commercial structures.

  6. Tough to explain that one. There was definitely a funky cloud hanging over the 5am. Who knew cold bars and old man music could be so de-motivating? Thanks, Jay.

    Ended w/ 120# OHS & just under 14min on the WOD (I think).
