Holiday Schedule:
Mon-Wed: regular classes
Thursday: 5am, 6am, 9am (evening classes closed)
Friday: 9-12 (Open gym: we will have a WOD, you can make up a WOD, or get some skill practice)

 
A. 3 rounds for time:
400m run (L1 run 200m)
10 Power Cleans 135/95 (L2 95/65, L1 65/35)
 
Rest as needed then start:
B. 3 sets for quality:
10 Pistols
100FT DB Waiter Walk each arm
10 CTB Pull-Ups OR  5 Muscle-Ups
