  5. No workout for me today. Got to watch the kids get a workout in though roller skating for 2 hours! Fun time with Yadi, Alma, and kids!

  7. Fun partner WOD this morning. I also did "Jerry" and then I was dying. I think my time was 27:43, 27 forty something. Glad I got it done.
