Jen- 9am athlete (but apparently she misses the 9:30am class!)
When did you start CF? I think about three years ago? 
What is your favorite class time? 9:30
What has been your greatest accomplishment since starting CF? I have gotten more toned and much stronger since I began. 
What is your favorite cheat meal? Cheese fries
What do you do outside of CF?  I am a speech pathologist and a mother of three. 
Family: married 
What motivates or inspires you to come to class every week? I love the coaches and the people I work out with. I also love how I feel after I get done working out! 
What is your favorite workout or type of workout, skill, or lift? I love to do cleans and burpees. 
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a judge... Just didn't know you had to be a lawyer beforehand. No thanks.
