When did you start CF? I started Cross Fit January 2014. My favorite class time is 9am 
Greatest accomplishment in CF? My greatest accomplishment is how FLEXIBLE I have become because it has been essential!!! to my GAINZ!!!! :D 
Cheat meal? My favorite cheat meal are home made enchiladas!!! 
Outside of CF? Out side of Cross Fit I love to compete with my buddy's in strength and cardio workouts needless to say all the trash talking we do makes them near death work outs 
Family? Single no kiddos 
What motivates you to come to CF each week? Seeing other people's PR's on the white board and breaking them 
Favorite CF WOD? My favorite work out is Fight Gone Bad 
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? When I was a kid I wanted to become a super hero!!! Like superman or batman

Lifting class at 7am this Saturday. You can also make up a challenge WOD during this time.
