When did you start CrossFit? May 2015
Favorite class time: I love my 5 am peeps
Greatest accomplishment since starting CF: Feeling great when I finish a Wod
Favorite cheat meal: Mexican food
What do you do outside of CF? skyping with the grands, baking and remodeling projects with the hubby
Family: Married to Buddy, have 2 kids, Bj and Ashley, 4 fun grands, and 2 hairy kids
Motivation to come to class each week: I like that your not in competition with anyone but yourself and feeling good about finishing the Wod.
Favorite type of workout: I like the Amrap workouts
What did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a Veterinarian

  2. Approached the day with a questionable attitude and a bit of pessimism. WODs chewed me up and spit me out as a result.

    Humbling, but I'll ne better off in the long run because of days like these.
