    Lunch was roasted chicken with green beans, broccoli, carrots, squash and water

    Dinner was a 12 oz ribeye cooked medium well Pittsburgh, green beans and a roasted sweet potato

  23. To say I fell off my paleo horse yesterday, might be an understatement. Between 3 kids birthday parties from Keller to Sachse I managed to hold up eating beef jerky and apples for breakfast/lunch but I gave into the gourmet pizza and wine at the end of the day... and frankly it was glorious. Oh well... back on the horse. lol #yolo

  36. Yes! I have defiantly made new habits I'm making working out and meal preening a priority yesterday I ate ground turkey meat balls for breakfast with green beans they where really good
    Lunch was boiled chicken Breast salad
    And dinner was fajita meat and chicken go team am!! We are going to own this CHALLANGE and our new bodies

  39. I've been having an issue for some reason saying no to non paleo items while working overnight. Never an issue in the past but I'm losing now.
