To say I fell off my paleo horse yesterday, might be an understatement. Between 3 kids birthday parties from Keller to Sachse I managed to hold up eating beef jerky and apples for breakfast/lunch but I gave into the gourmet pizza and wine at the end of the day... and frankly it was glorious. Oh well... back on the horse. lol #yolo

I have defiantly made new habits I'm making working out and meal preening a priority yesterday I ate ground turkey meat balls for breakfast with green beans they where really good Lunch was boiled chicken Breast salad And dinner was fajita meat and chicken go team am!!
