When did you start CF? May 2012
What is your favorite class time? 6:00am
What has been your greatest accomplishment since starting CF? Completing lifts that I would have never thought possible and learning what it means to eat “Clean”! To realize that by eating clean you feel leaner, stronger and healthier!
What is your favorite cheat meal? Mexican Food and Sweets!
What do you do outside of CF?  I enjoy going to the movies, eating out with friends and spending time with family.
Family: Married no children (unless you count the 3 furry children I have),2 sisters and 1 brother What motivates or inspires you to come to class every week?   I am motivated by all the CrossFitters that I now call my Crossfit Family!  When I see how excited everyone gets when they complete a WOD or RX a workout it just makes me want to work that much harder.
What is your favorite workout or type of workout, skill, or lift? I enjoy workouts that include KBS, Wall ball situps,Good Mornings and ring rows.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?  I always thought I would be a teacher.

EMOM 10 min:
Even: 3 Back Squats (Strength: increase weight each set, Endurance: 10 light reps)
Odd: 30  Hollow scissors

  1. BS - 195#
    WOD - dnf (28:00 black and blue band/run)

  2. BS - 135# (Endurance/10 reps)
    WOD - 13:52 RX (Thanks to Coach Jason letting me go past the time cut, took first 2 rounds to get warmed up on those CTBs)

  3. BS - 255# - Not full depth, though
    WOD - DNF (12:40-ish) modified with strict, regular pull-ups to save my mittens.
    Slightly fatigued from yesterday's track work.

    Ready for this nutrition challenge. We ate out too much over the holidays and I'm craving some strict Paleo!

  5. BS 225# I was bummed cause I could have done more, but I kept it safe.

    WOD DNF w/ 13:25 banded strict pull-ups and row.
