What did you eat yesterday?

  7. Breakfast was egg muffins that have sausage, kale, spinach and green peppers in them

    No snack

    Lunch was fajita meat and half of a roasted sweet potato

    Snack was a protein shake before my workout

    Dinner was leftover lunch, fajita meat, the other half of the roasted potato and one egg muffin.
