Each Friday, we will be hosting CrossFit 2016 Open WODs at 6:30pm!
Come by and cheer on athletes taking on the Open workout! Volunteer to judge!

Even: 3 Goblet Squat use same KB(hang out in bottom 10 seconds using elbows to push out knees, rock side to side, elongate spine)
Odd: 5 KB Good Morning Stretch (hold stretch 3-5 seconds)
