20 Burpee Pull ups (modify with 20 Burpees, then 20 Ring rows, NO bands)
20 Air Squats
20 Box Jumps, 24/20 (step ups allowed)
 
EMOM 8 min:
Even: pole squat hold
Odd: 30 sec hollow hold

  3. Breakfast was eggs, ham and bacon

    Lunch was a chicken salad

    Dinner was chopped up flank steak with sliced avocado and grilled onions, my boss made tacos de bistro but I left the tortillas out.
