Couch to CrossFit 2016 starts tomorrow! It's not too late to sign up.

A. Set the clock for 15 minutes:
AMRAP 5 min:
5 front squats 115/75
5 push press 115/75
Rest 3 minutes, then at 8:00 begin:
Thrusters 95/65
200m run between each round of thrusters
Score: total rounds in AMRAP and total time including the 5 min from the AMRAP.
B.  set clock for 8 min
2 rounds:
Min 1: couch stretch R
Min 2: 40 seconds of scapula push ups
Min 3: 1 min: couch stretch L
Min 4: Wrist stretching


  1. Breakfast - coffee with organic half and half
    Snack/post WOD - black coffee, banana, boiled eggs
    Snack - cashews and coffee
    Lunch - 2 hamburger patties, mashed sweet potato, spinach salad with avocado, tomato and onion
    Dinner - spaghetti with gluten free noodles (NOT paleo), orange for dessert

    Stomach has not been enjoying the end of this challenge :). Anyone else?


    1. 5+6 RX, 37 reps RX (7,7,7/10,5/9 but 8 after the 15 min time cap)


  2. Finishing part 2 under the cap is no joke, unless maybe you sandbag on part 1. Good WOD.

    B I had Steak, Eggs, and bacon
    L I had a salad which consisted of romaine lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, and carrots
    D fajita style chicken Brest
    My body is working and feeling way to good for me to stop now or anytime soon
    I'm loving all the additional strength, flexibility, and stamina that the CHALLANGE has established with me
