A. Set the clock for 15 minutes:
AMRAP 5 min:
5 front squats 115/75
5 push press 115/75
Rest 3 minutes, then at 8:00 begin:
200m run between each round of thrusters
Score: total rounds in AMRAP and total time including the 5 min from the AMRAP.
B. set clock for 8 min
Min 1: couch stretch R
Min 2: 40 seconds of scapula push ups
Min 3: 1 min: couch stretch L
Min 4: Wrist stretching
