Couch to CrossFit is a program for anyone and everyone! Look forward to a welcoming environment that reduces stress, deflates any CrossFit myths, is FUN, and ultimately provides a jump-start for your new fitness journey. Participants will be motivated, ready to take over their world and begin their journey to being stronger, faster, and healthier!
This is a four week program that focuses on exercise, nutrition, and teamwork to get people moving and having fun!

This 4 week program is composed of:
4 Wednesday night workout sessions at CrossFit North Mesquite:
- dynamic group warm up
- skill sessions to introduce movement concepts and exercises
- metabolic conditioning (cardio)
- basic mobility
