  3. 1.) lost 2 inches
2.) lost 3 lbs and I think because I had already transitioned to that eating style two months before the challenge, I was already right where I needed to be on weight loss. I lost 35 lbs total since I started in November.

3.) I feel really good. Way more energy. I have more control.. Murdering work outs..

    1. Bam! It's a rare breed that fix their mind on a goal no matter how long it takes, no matter how hard it is, no matter what it takes and just says: I will crush you!

Can't wait to see what is next :)

  8. So my goal this challenge was to work on my muscles 💪🏽💪🏽 lol possibly add a little weight. I did not get to measure yet. I will try and measure soon. But I dropped 3 pounds. What the heck? lol I guess I wasn't eating as much as I thought I would.
However, on yesterday's test I did much better (except for staying the same on thrusters ) and I feel better :)
    Good job everyone!

    1. You will achieve your goals. Just give it more time and sure finishing up your other super major goal of new home will free up some energy to eat more. Regardless you are still a super star!!

    2. Was just going to edit my post but wound up deleting it. Summary: First two weeks were great but last two weeks were not. Felt like I hit a wall. Low carb caught up to me for sure. Been looking more into sticking with Zone. Will do better moving forward. Need to focus on long-term success.

YES! More energy throughout the day. I liked eating 5 small meals. I never felt bloated or that I ate too much. I noticed that my recovery time was better after endurance WODs. I also increased my numbers on the test WOD! Loved the challenge & I can't wait to do another one!

  22. Lost 1 inch & 3 pounds. I started a couple of weeks before the challenge trying to lose so I have lost a total of 5.
A big accomplishment....I have been holding on to 2 pairs of dress pants that have been way too tight, hoping to get back in them. Finally did!! Yay!

  23. I really don't have any measurement results to report since I didn't get my measurements taken like I had hoped. Last I knew, my waist got bigger. I am thinking these abs are popping ha!! ... I lost 3.4# which is cool, but I am not a big "weight loss" person.

My reps were better for sure on the second WOD... Many variables from pre challenge WOD to post challenge WOD - time WOD was completed, fasting vs not fasting...

Regardless, it was a good challenge for me!!! I love seeing all tech results!!! So amazing!

  33. Almost forgot to post, it's 11 pm in Phoenix so I think I am still within time, technically.

Breakfast was eggs with bacon, busy day and running out of food

Lunch was picadillo again with a small salad

Dinner was filete a la plancha, or grilled fish and shrimp cocktail. The fish was on a bed of grilled red and green peppers and cabbage.

  34. At the beginning of the challenge I said I wanted to lose about 5 pounds, I lost 4. Losing weight isn't really a priority for me however, maintaining my current weight make me happy. I really just want to get stronger and work on my endurance since it isn't what is use to be with the knee strain and then my arm. I guess staying injury free is my current goal.
