B.  4 min
2 min: 1 min each partner-shoulder stretch
2 min: butterfly wall


  1. B - Mc Griddle and 2 hashbrowms
    S- 2 Krispy Creme chocalate eclairs
    L- taco Bell - valcano nachos and burito supreme. Chacolate shake to drink
    S- bucket of KFC original recipe and mac and cheese, i mainlined a cup of gravy
    D - X-Large deep dish stuff crust meat lovers with extra cheese. Ranch dressing to dip crust, side salad with ranch and extra crutons and cheese.
    S - blizzard and fried cherry pie with a scoop of blue bell.

    2. Damn!!! Is that how you finished the WOD in record time today?!? All those carbs - you were a machine!

    3. Awesome! The blizzard with cherry pie and blue bell is a little over the top, but sounds pretty good.

  2. Breakfast - coffee with organic unhomogenized milk (paleo with dairy) and mixed nuts
    Snack - 1/2 burger patty and small salad
    Lunch - burger patty with kale
    Later Lunch - Amelia's to celebrate beautiful patio weather!! (MAJOR cheat meal already this week)
    Snack - coffee
    Dinner - pork ribs and broccoli
