WOD
AMRAP 20 min:
200m run
20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
15 Goblet Squats (53/35)
10 box jumps 24/20
 
MOB WOD
Min 1: R supine glute stretch
Min 2: L supine glute stretch
Min 3:  hanging KB hamstring stretch on a box (lift tailbone toward ceiling to get deeper into the hamstrings!)

  3. Walked 1 mile in the am and 1 mile in the pm wearing baby in the wrap. Did full body active mobility. 3x10 modified push ups. 10 air squats. 5 caterpillar walk push ups strict (arms felt fine but push ups were a major ab workout!)
