Try your first CrossFit class for FREE today at either 7:30am or 8:30am.

Teams of 3
AMRAP 16:
10 Goblet Squats
20 Push Ups
30 Med Ball Deadlifts
 
One of the three athletes starts on a rower. One athlete is working on the AMRAP. One athlete is resting.
 Every 500 Meters, change athletes on the rower.
 
MOB WOD
Min 1: lunge stretch R
Min 2: lunge stretch L
Min 3: down dog
Min 4: cat stretch
