  2. anyone opposed to a story? no... good, here's a story.

    Pre-Crossfit when i was trying to do things on my own (mostly unsuccessfully) I put together a 30 minute Bodyweight Warmup+Battle Ropes routine for my backyard. The last time i attempted it, i made it through warmup plus half the routine before bowing out.

    Since i had to miss you guys yesterday due to an unforeseen circumstance, i was determined to do something today. I whipped the same routine back out but this time I kicked it's ass and handled it with ease!

    Clearly my time at CFNM is building endurance and strength. I'm also down 15lbs since mid Jan, 8 of which since starting here. Journey is just beginning. All of you are my inspiration. One day i'll be yours ;-)
