  1. A) 1:58/4:01, 1:46/3:59, 1:55/3:56 (not necessary but wanted to know my row times. Wanted first round to be warm up but did not want to do another round after the 3rd)

  2. Good wod today. 4:05, 4:14, 4:04, let my row get sloppy in second rd but thanks to asa for making me push on the 3rd. Wod rxd 6;36... Holy grip!

  4. Today's WOD made me sick to my stomach. Loved it! I didn't think the second part would be as tough as it was. I got ahead of Asa and tried to stay ahead but he beat me by 1 second. Boooo!! My time was 7:44 RX
