  6. I absolutely love led today's WOD! Got through the 8s + 5 into the 9s. Lower back and hams are still super sore from Randy. I hate that I couldn't do Monday's and Thursday's WODs.

  7. 8 + 11 rx'dish :) Quads were sore from thursday so on pistols, opposite leg kept sliding on the ground. But I did like the wod
