400 Meter Run
12 Toes to Bar
 
MOB WOD: 6 min
Min 1: couch stretch R
Min 2: couch stretch L
Min 3: cobra stretch

  1. Ran 400m on first round + 12 knees to chest 2:53
    Decided to modify with 200m run so that I was not just running for 21 minutes! Not ready for that.
    So 200m on rounds 2-7 +11 knees to chest and 1 TTB each round!
    Abs are coming back slowly!

  2. Completed RX at 20:59 (12,12,12,12,12,12 unbroken, then last round 8 UB and singles 1,1,1,1)

    That was hard.
