Ran 400m on first round + 12 knees to chest 2:53Decided to modify with 200m run so that I was not just running for 21 minutes! Not ready for that. So 200m on rounds 2-7 +11 knees to chest and 1 TTB each round!Abs are coming back slowly!
Completed RX at 20:59 (12,12,12,12,12,12 unbroken, then last round 8 UB and singles 1,1,1,1)That was hard. Asa
